Doctrine Concerning:
God, The Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ

The Bible is the inspired Word of God
2 Tim 3:16; 2 Pet 1:21; John 17:17

God has three entities: Father, Son, Spirit
Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; John 14:16-17, 10:30; 17:11; 21; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Acts 2:32-33; 1 Peter 1:2

There is only one God
Isaiah 43:10, 44:6, 8; John 17:3; 1 Corinthians 8:5-6; Galatians 4:8-9

God is infinite and eternal
Psalm 90:2; Genesis 21:33; Acts 17:24; 1 Kings 8:27; Isaiah 40:28

God is sovereign
Zechariah 9:14; 1 Timothy 6:15-16

God is the creator of all things
Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 44:24

God knows all things or “omniscient”

God is all powerful or “omnipotent”

God is present everywhere or “omnipresent”

God is holy

God is just

God is love
1 John 4:8

God is true

God is spirit

God does not change

The Holy Spirit is God

Jesus Christ is God

Jesus is fully God and was fully man

Jesus resurrected from the dead in physical form

Doctrine Concerning:
Man and Sin

Man was created by God in the image of God

Death and Sin came into the world through Adam and Eve's disobedience

Sin separates us from God
Isaiah 59:2

All people have sinned

Jesus was sinless

Jesus' death was a sacrifice for atonement; He died in our place for our sins

Jesus is the only way to God the Father

Heaven and Hell

Heaven is the dwelling place of God

Only the righteous will be in Heaven

The wicked will not be allowed to enter Heaven
